Thanks to Dealmates and Yogitree, I can tried organic and healthy food at yogitree. I first saw yogitree name was on times magazine ( hope i remember correctly) . The Chocolate truffle cake or chocolate tart was awarded top10 dessert in the magazine. Dessert been my weakness of food desire. It seem since small I can't resist dessert especially chocolate. Thus, my friends often teased me by saying
"aiyo this girl may be will be kidnapped by guy who give her chocolate" hahahahha
When both cakes was served, I tasted the classic baked cheesecake with mixed berries compote. milky sweet taste flow on top of my tongue. This taste better than the cheesecakes i tasted before.
CS tasted chocolate tart first. He cut a small bite and tasted it. He went silent........
he took the second bite. total silent went between us again.

finally he spoke with cool and steady tone.

Heaven.... bitterness......sweetness.......chocolate...... I in love. I'm having relationship with my cake (quoted from eat pray love movie where it supposed to be I'm having relationship with my pizza)
the chocolate flavor melted in my mouth.
幸福，超幸福 ^0^......................... *.*....................... imagine there are angels all flying around playing the most classical heavenly music ......
This cake now is on my list of best chocolate dessert. the thin crumble base of biscuit matches well with the chocolate. not sure what is the white cream is it, but I think i experience heaven when mixing a bit of chocolate cake with the white cream..

Yogitree menu is not waterproof. However, the texture of the paper is nice.
The drink on the right top is organic barley.

Hainan Chicken rice. Sadly the rice is cold where the taste of the rice taste ordinary. The soup is delicious where you taste the essence of the chicken in it
Duck and Pear Salad
I like this dish. the salad dressing is not oily but wonderful. I really like the salad dressing go with the salad leaf and sweet pear. This few month I need to keep some precept. Thus all the duck meat go to bf. ^0^ He like the crispy and crunchy duck meat. It tasted better than chicken meat .
