Chingay Johor Bahru Rain Record

Chingay is a tradisional Chinese prayer festival in Johor Bahru. I found it very interested that. 3 days before Chingay, Johor Bahru surely will have rain. By the day for Chingay festival, there will be rain around evening and stop before the procession start.  I decided to record down the time the rain start and stop. Not for any religious purpose but as a normal survey record.
