Daily Routine

I start off the day by doing stretching exercise on the bed. After some warm up, I  practised some yoga. During my tertiary education period, I was fortunate to learn some basic  yoga exercise. This help me to sweat out and refresh my body. Before I end the session of yoga, I will do a short meditation around 5 minutes. Calming down the mind in the morning help me focus for the rest of the day.

Weekly workout routine

1) Jogging to the nearby market to buy vegetables then walk home
2) some time go mountain climbing with boyfriends
3) help my dad do gardening if I am back in hometown

 I used to meditate by UNIMAS lake last time. It was calm and serene.

 I really like peace and calmness only mother nature can gave us.
 Hopefully I can do some yoga and meditation by the beach some day. ^^
