Let me share small history of Brimm Brunee. It was innovated by a pair of couple in Petaling Jaya. All the desserts are baked with lots of love. Thus, the brownies is so good to the last crumb. It is quite popular in Petaling Jaya. Mr. Fazli from Johor Bahru wants to share this good dessert to JBrian. BrimmBrouneeHBhavoc Facebook page is created.
Lots of walnut on the surface of the brownie.
The main thing about brownies is coco powder need to be more than flour. From the side cut, the texture is a bit crust and firm. When you bite it, it is good. It have a bit hard crust but in the middle is a bit soft. Not to forget, the walnut give the extra favour to the overall texture. Just my personal preference, it is a bit too sweet. I prefer biter brownie.
