Macherie Johor Bloggers and I are invited to try some Halal Japanese Food. Is Halal Japanese Food Hard to find in  Malaysia? Yes and No. Yes, because delicious bento (lunch box) series with Halal certificate  are not much in Malaysia. No, because there are many Japanese food franchise in Malaysia. Not to worry, most of the franchise have Halal Certificate.

Yaki Udon Set (+ green tea + miso soup) RM12.90

This time, I got the time to try some antithetical Japanese bento by a young and handsome Japanese chef. The restaurant is established by 4 founders. Two founders are Malaysians Muslim. They are Ms. Marsita Yunus and Mr. Tengku Su Iskandar. While, the Japanese founders are Mr. Shimada and Mr. Youhei Satou.

Mr. Youhei Satou is a young and experienced Japanese Chef. He is a adventurous guy too. 8 months ago, with the invitation of other founders, he just come alone to explore Malaysia. I am more surprised that Malaysia is the first country he travel. With such courage, braveness and passion, he serves us the dishes of the day.

 Karage Bento Set RM15.00
Karage is Japanese style fried chicken. It is lightly fried so not oily at oil. The fried chicken is still very tender and juicy after been fried.

 Fried Salmon Bento RM15.90
The side dish is Fried carrot. It is a traditional dish from Okinawa. It has very sweet taste as the carrot is quite sweet.

This is m favorite dish fried salmon roll with tar tar sauce . The salmon roll is wrapped by a thin golden crispy skin. Please check out for this dish. The chef only uses the finest and freshest ingredient. I can really feel the perfectionist in Japanese while serving their food.

 Hamburger Bento Set RM15.90
Chicken meat mince and toufu are mixed and moult  into hamburger meat patty shape. That that is the reason for the dish name. The meat patty is very soft. It is very suitable for baby and elderly folk to eat.

PS: all the dishes are served nicely. The angle of the food is arranged at the perfect angle. I need to admit. I need to start learning to arrange the food nicely.

 Dorayaki  RM8.90
AN AN AN
Tottemo daisuki
DORAEMON

Eh to,  Wakaraneidesu. The poster shows the different bento serves from Monday to Friday. PS: erLer strongly recommend the salmon roll on Thursday. Naritaya Japanese Restaurant has delivery service within Johor Bahru area too. Please make reservation one to two hours earlier to avoid disappointment.
