There are time, I don't feel being myself
  • Why that task didn't go well?
  • Why the deal didn't close in time?
  • Why am I here? doing this job. for money? for what?
  • Should I continue this part?
  • Will I ever be ...?
So many why questions that lead to more confusion. There are days, you just feel so down and not yourselves. You just feel so miserable. So frustrated. So emotional.

I was driving in dazed with so many questions in my mind. When I reached Lemon Tree Restaurant, I tried to tidy up my mind and relax. Sitting at the corner, I noticed him.

His back slowly shine some light.  He was very focus and mindful. He gently pick up the art piece cake. Gently tune it to the right angle. Slowly placing the chocolate ring on top of the cake. Honey drops were placed on the marble white plate. He was the master of art. Be at the present moment. Enjoy the sweet moment.

He is Mr. Kevin Sio. The art master (aka founder) of Sweet Moment.
16 years of experiences in confectionery field.
Please don't be blow away by his handsomeness *blush
Not single and not available ~.~

 Matcha Tiramisu RM13.90
Tata the first art piece

Distinct layers of cheese cream, lady finger, matcha powder and thin layer of chocolate cake. The lady finger was dipped in Japanese sweet sake. It added a slight of oriental taste to this dessert

Mousse Au Chocolate RM14.90

Not so sweet vanilla ice cream

4 layers of chocolate with different texture. The third layer got crunchy texture. It was made of hazelnut paste, "feulitin" and dark chocolate. I like this dish as it was bitter sweet.

Chili Padi Sorbet RM6.90

Too much sweetness, may numb the taste sense. A bit of "burst" for your mouth. When Kim mentioned, sweet moment served chili padi sorbet. Excuse me... chili padi in dessert. Interesting.. A very refreshing experience for my taste bud too

It was not as spicy as the Nasi Goreng Kampung. The base of the sorbet was lemon sorbet. Chili padi was added for the little redness. How about the taste? Interestingly, it wasn't spicy at all at the first mouthful. The sourness was spread when all the sorbet dissolve in your mouth. A twinkle of spiciness was sparkling around the back of mouth. very unique food tasting experience

Chocolate Cubes RM14.90

Vanilla sauce to add some softness to the chocolate cubes.

chocolate cubes / brownies is cut into different shapes. It brought out different visual experience to me. The brownies was a bit hard texture with no crunchy. the cube must eat with almond and vanilla ice cream. Taste it yourself ^^

Be at the present moment.
No matter how  frustrated and irritated you get,  remember there are sweet moment in life too..
